Consignment & Commission Structure
To keep our platform running and ensure your garments get maximum visibility, we use a simple percentage deduction model:
  • Seller Payout: 70% of the final sale price
  • Platform Retention: 30% total deduction
What the 30% Platform Fee Covers:
  • Secure online payment processing fees
  • Targeted digital marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Professional photography and content curation
  • Administrative overhead and sales commissions
Payout Timeline:
Earnings are disbursed to sellers within 5 to 7 business days following successful item collection and verified payment clearance.
Our Inspection & Submission Process
To maintain high quality for our buyers, we carefully select and inspect every item. Please note that we limit our intake slots.
Pre-Screening & Intake Policy
  • Limited Take-ins: The Platform operates strictly on a limited-intake basis.
  • Right of Refusal: Submitting a photo and your desired selling price does not guarantee acceptance. The Platform reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any garment based on style, quality, condition, or current client demand.
  • Pricing Authority: While we take your desired price into consideration, the Platform reserves the final right to set the realistic market listing price.
2. Shipping, Inspection, and Quality Control
  • Inbound Courier: Once an item is approved via photo, the Seller must courier the garment to our showroom ( Mayfair West - Johannesburg) at their own expense.
  • Unboxing & Defect Verification: To protect both parties, the Platform records a continuous, unedited video of the package being opened.
  • Pre- Exisitng Defects: The Platform will thoroughly inspect the garment. If any undisclosed defects, damages, or stains are found, the Seller will be notified immediately with video/photo proof.
  • Dry Cleaning Requirement: All garments must be delivered professionally dry-cleaned. The Platform reserves the right to reject items that arrive with odors (perfume, sweat, storage) or visible dirt, or charge a cleaning fee to be deducted from the final sale.

Promotions & Discounts: The Platform reserves the right to include the garment in seasonal promotional sales or markdowns (up to 15% off) to encourage a faster sale without requiring individual Seller permission.

  • Contract Duration: The Platform will list, market, and hold your item for a maximum period of 90 days.
  • Unsold Items: If the garment does not sell within 90 days, the Seller may request the item back.
  • Return Shipping Costs: All return courier fees are borne entirely by the Seller.
  • Abandoned Goods Clause: If an item remains unsold after 90 days and the Seller fails to pay for return shipping or arrange collection within 14 days of being notified, the item will be legally considered abandoned. The Platform reserves the right to donate, discard, or clear the item to recover storage overhead.

Price Flexibility & Buyer Offers:
To ensure a successful and timely sale, all items listed on our platform are subject to reasonable buyer negotiations. The Platform reserves the right to accept offers up to 15% - 20% lower than the initial website listing price without prior consultation with the seller. If you wish to set a strict, non-negotiable minimum payout for your garment, this must be explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing during your initial intake approval.
