Return & Exchange Policy

At Indian Dress House, we value our clients and strive to deliver the best quality outfits at stunning prices. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. By ordering with us, you agree to the terms below.

  • Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your outfit.
  • After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your outfit must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

⚠️ Important Note:

  • Slight color differences (10–15%) may occur due to professional photography, lighting, and editing. This does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • All outfits are original, branded, and inspected before delivery. Exchanges will only be approved if:
    • The dress is faulty,
    • The dress is damaged, or
    • The item received is completely different in design/color from what was ordered (rare as we check each item carefully).

Items Bought From Stock on Hand

  • No refunds or exchanges once purchased, regardless of the situation.

Deposits for Stock on Hand

  • A 50% deposit secures your outfit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you cancel or change your mind, an exchange fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Any outfitthat has been used, altered, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Indian Dress House generally offers exchanges only, not refunds.
  • In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days, minus:
    • Shipping fees, and
    • Handling/administration costs.
  • Refunds are made via the same payment method use.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available within 3 days of receiving your outfit.
  • Eligible only for items that are faulty or damaged
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
