International Shipping Estimated Arrival to SA.

15-25 working days for Orders to come through to SA

Please place your orders in advance , take into consideration the customs clearance process and shipping times to SA.

There won't be any cancellation or refunds should customs clearance/shipping take time which is out of our control.

Cancellation will result in a Shipping Fee Deduction , Duty/Customs Tax Fees and Handling Fees - Your Paid Balance can be refunded back to you within 15-25 working days.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Order Processing & Delivery
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Overnight delivery within South Africa takes 1–2 working days.
  • “Working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; weekends are not counted.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or cancellations cannot be issued once an order has been dispatched, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit will be replaced only, no refunds issued.
  • Refusing delivery within the stated timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

Legal Compliance

  • This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), Section 19, regarding reasonable delivery timeframes and supplier obligations.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Return of Garments: All customers to return any Item back at the own cost.

We are not going to do any Collections regardless of any situations whether the item is defective or you have selected the wrong size. Our Regular Company does not do collections and via the courier guy it is R 300 for collection - which we will deduct off your amount balance. To courier the item back to you we will do at our own expense. 

Based on the situation we will credit the amount of courier onto your balance ( proof of courier payment to be provided

There will be no refunds or returns should courier company take long to deliver. This is Out of our Control.
